Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing & Sales Assistant (Remote)

What You’ll Do:
1. Social Media ManagementPlan, create, and post engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
2. Manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice.
3. Engage with followers, respond to messages, and grow our online community.
4. Track analytics and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversions.
5. Digital Marketing & Sales SupportCreate and manage targeted ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
6. Drive brand visibility, leads, and sales through optimized digital strategies.
7. Support email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
8. Research trends, tools, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or digital marketing.
2. Strong understanding of e-commerce and online sales platforms.
3. Skilled in video and graphic content creation.
4. Basic knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
5. Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Bonus Points For Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
7. Knowledge of SEO and performance tracking tools.
8. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or CRM systems.
